Ghost Corners - Thomas/Meath Street

Essa é uma esquina perto de casa, talvez, na principal rua do bairro aonde moramos. (pra quem ainda não sabe, é na região central de Dublin).

Essa foto foi tirada na última quinta - 11.08 - por volta das 5:30 da tarde.

Achei legal essa foto, pois deu a impressão de que não passa ninguém por ali há algum tempo, meio que uma esquina aonde não passa ninguém, porém, é exatamente o oposto, principalmente em alguns dias da semana que rolam umas feirinhas, daquelas que você pode encontrar de tudo, desde coisas para casa, roupas, comidas....

Aí pensei em fazer uma categoria no blog: "esquinas fantasmas". Serão esquinas de ruas bem movimentadas, mas que no momento da foto, parece que não passa ninguém por ali.

É isso, espero que rolem outros momentos como esse, fui!

This is a corner near home, maybe on the main street of the neighborhood we live in. (Dublin City Centre).
This photo was taken last Thursday - 11.08 - around 5:30 pm.
The reason why I liked this picture is because it gives you an impression of a "ghost corner", but it isn't true, it's a busy corner where you can find a street market, selling a lot of things such as clothes, food, stuff for your house...

Then I thought, why not create a new blog category named "ghost corners"? I'll do the same as this picture, take a photograph of a busy corner but when there is nobody there and when it seems to be a quiet place.
